- You may opt out of your purchase within 14 days of the date you accepted the Products by sending an email to shop@ourkidsimagine.com. In this message, you must provide your name, address, phone number and email, as well as the order number you are cancelling. Your refusal can be realised without giving any reason, without indemnity or damages and without paying any costs, except for those provided for in the Consumer Protection Act. Accordingly, we will refund you all the payments we have received in connection with your declined order, including delivery costs, but up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. You should also pay the direct costs of returning the goods to us. In order to be able to take advantage of your right to renounce a purchase, you must return the purchased product/s within 14 days of your notice of refusal. The product/s must be in their original form, packaging and quality. Reimbursement of the amount you paid is made after you return the product/s you have declined.
- When the purchased products have been made in accordance with your specific, individual requirements, or when they are digital content, you cannot opt out of your purchase.
- You also have the right to make a claim within 30 days of receiving a Product purchased from our Online Store in cases of: a delivery of a Product other than the one you ordered; delivery of a damaged Product or a Product with missing parts; delivery of Product with characteristics different from those of the Product ordered; other discrepancy, in view of the specifics of the Product. To make a claim, you should email us at shop@ourkidsimagine.com within the aforementioned deadline, and we may require you to return the Product for an examination as a condition for reviewing the claim. In case of an accepted claim resulting in full refund of the price you have paid, if we have not requested the Return of the Product prior to that, you must return the Product within 14 days of receipt of the acceptance of your claim. We will make a refund once you return the Product you claimed upon.
